What I Offer

I offer in home & in office sessions with either seated chair or table massage. My certified and apprenticeship training includes: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai Massage, and applied Shiatsu. These therapies are always combined and administered to best suit the need of each individual.

I have been in practice for over 12 years. I term my style simply; "Deep Muscle Therapy". I have found that the overwhelming majority of both experienced and in-experienced massage recipients prefer deeper work. Knowing this, I adjust my pressure to what a person needs or is comfortable with.

Chair Massage Pricing

*$60/hr. for 2 - 3 hours

*$50/hr. for 4 - 7 hours

Minimum booking for chair massage: 2 hours

Maximum individual chair massage time: 1/2 hour



Table Massage Pricing

$75 for 1 hour

$90 for 90 minutes

I work in the greater Minneapolis area which does include St. Paul. I work in offices, hotels, homes, for groups and individuals. I am a single independent practitioner but I have associates that I often work with and refer to.

Currently I work weekly at Club 3 Degrees, Cargill, Inc., and American Family Insurance, and 7-Hi Chiropractic in Shorewood, MN. I also have regular appointments with individuals and smaller companies. I am always open to new clients.
